PRODUCT GUARANTEE We offer a product guarantee on all of our items and want you to be happy with your purchase for years to come. If you have problem with hardware breaking or another problem relating to our merchandise, then please contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem. If we are not able to repair the problem then we will replace your item. This offer does not apply on normal wear and tear of the bag and natural discoloration of the leather or laminate/metallic leathers over time. Thank you for being a loyal Heather Hawkins customer.
Return/Cancellation policy We at Heather Hawkins want you to be happy with your new accessory purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact Heather Hawkins for a return or exchange of the unused item, with its original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. ***All sale items are final sale and subject to limited availability. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at questions@shophh.com and we will inform you of the return address and a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number. When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus any additional shipping charges, typically within 48 hours. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved, the exchange will ship out UPS Ground at no additional cost. Please note there are no cancellations. All orders placed online via www.shophh.com will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Shipping policy Most orders will ship within 3-4 business
days. Any exceptions and the customer will be notified if the good has
to be made to order. Ground shipping is FREE for all purchases made on

**This is the UPS shipping guideline. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please allow Heather Hawkins 72 hours of processing time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS International shipments will ship via USPS global priority mail for a flat fee of $25.00.

always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop, and then proceed
with the secure google checkout. Your total shipping charges are
automatically computed at checkout (UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS FREE), prior
to the completion of your order. You’ll receive instant order
acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do
have your item in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped.
Please allow up to 72 business hours to process and note that
quantities are limited & subject to availability.

SALES TAX Since we are located in Los Angeles, CA, all orders shipped to addresses in California State are subject to 9.25% California Sales Tax. Anywhere outside California State are not subject to the tax and will not be charged for tax. CARE OF MERCHANDISE
Heather Hawkins handbags/accessories are
made in the USA of beautiful Italian leather. Grain and slight
differences of color are characteristics of the leather. The leather is
natural, untreated (with exceptions), and can spot and sometimes lose
color. Particular care is recommended for Laminate colors (metallic) because contact with lacquer,
perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause
damage. As with all quality leather they should be treated with a
weatherproof protection and care.
