If at any time during the life of your jewelry you need something repaired, re-plated, polished, a lost gemstone, etc. please contact us and we will do everything to make your jewelry like new again. We stand behind our products. All gemstones are natural and can crack, chip, or break but a lot of times we can replace them so please if this happens to you let us know. Please note the gemstones or other natural items will not be exactly the same as they differ slightly, but we will do what we can to make the piece like new.
We enjoy working with our customers and can accommodate most special requests. So if there is an item you are looking for online and prefer to order in another metal we are usually available to make it for you. We appreciate you and thank you for your business.
We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy for all items purchased from shophh.com. Please note, all sale or promotion items are final sale and may not be returned. However, we will sometimes make exceptions if you do not love the item. We want you to be happy so will offer a store credit so you can something that you love.
If you purchased your item at a retail store please see the store and follow their return policies.
All gifts may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, the difference in cost and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer who is making the exchange. Any lost difference will be applied towards a store credit to use at any time.
To return or exchange an item, just follow these simple steps:
1. Contact email@example.com within 14 days of purchase to request our return address and a return authorization number. This number is required to make a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your unused item must be in its original packaging. Box up your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Shophh.com is not responsible for any damage to items in transit. Please write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of your box to expedite the return process.
3. Ship the item to our return address given to you upon return request. We recommend tracking your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been approved, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, typically within 48 hours. For exchanges, once the item has been received and approved, the new item will incur no shipping cost on the way back to you.
If your purchase was damaged upon shipment to you please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can replace your item as soon as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
As each piece from Heather Hawkins is made to order, there are no cancellations. All orders placed online via www.shophh.com will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, if you need to make changes, we will do our best to accommodate you. To make a change, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of the time of your order and we will be happy to assist you.
Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Any exceptions and the customer will be notified if the good has to be made to order. Ground shipping is free for all purchases made on the Heather Hawkins website www.shophh.com with shipping addresses within the United States. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a notification with your tracking number.
We ship all USA orders using either USPS priority mail, UPS, or Fedex.

How to Purchase

Our online shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To start, just make your selections in our online shop, and then proceed with the secure Shopify checkout. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed at checkout (USA ground shipping is free), prior to the completion of your order. You’ll receive instant order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do have your item in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. We will then email you a tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 72 business hours to process and note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
Since we are located in Los Angeles, CA, all orders shipped to addresses in California state are subject to 9.25% California sales tax. Anywhere outside California state are not subject to the tax and will not be charged for tax.

Care and Repairs
All jewelry should be treated with tender loving care to keep it looking its best. Daily wear can take its toll on precious metals and stones. To enjoy our beautiful jewelry for a long time, we recommend that you follow these steps:
1. We recommend using a jeweler’s cloth to clean your jewelry and not cleaning solutions. Some jewelry cleaning solutions can strip the Vermeil, White Rhodium, or Oxidized plating on your jewelry. Jewelers cloths can be purchased online.
2. All Heather Hawkins gemstones are natural and therefore require special care. Avoid wearing jewelry in environments like the beach or pool. Chlorine and other chemicals are harmful to gemstones.
3. Make sure to keep your jewelry in a safe place to avoid scratching or damage - a soft bag usually does the trick.
Accidents happen. Each piece of Heather Hawkins jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please treat your jewelry with respect, since we cannot repair damage resulting from improper handling or lack of care.
We are happy to repair any item that is defective in material or workmanship, under regular use, free of charge. All other repairs are provided at our discretion, and at a reasonable cost.

We are all shaped differently; please take care when ordering your jewelry to suit your style in size, color, and length. Most of our necklaces are adjustable with an extension chain to accommodate a variety of outfits and neck sizes.
When ordering rings please make sure to check your size with your local jeweler. All Heather Hawkins rings are custom order.
